Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962, is an American actor from the United States. Sheedy first made an appearance as an actress on Bad Boys in 1983. Since then, she's appeared on WarGames as of 1985. Then, she appeared on The Breakfast Club in 1986 and Short Circuit in 1986. Her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy was awarded an Independent Spirit Award for Best Female lead. Ally Sheedy is an American writer and actress. At the beginning of the 80s, she started her career on film by appearing in the crime thriller Bad Boys. She was well-received for this film. Rick Rosenthal directed the movie and also starred prominent stars Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. After her breakthrough with her debut film, she later appeared in the comedy drama film The Breakfast Club. John Hughes' film is thought to be among the best high school movies of all time. Although the film's budget was just $1 million, it grossed more than $50 millions. Additionally, she began being featured in various shows on TV such as CBS Schoolbreak which was her TV debut. It was a show for teenagers that started airing in April of 1980. The other shows she appeared in are Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues. Some of her latest appearances are in Little Sister and X-Men Apocalypse a film about a superhero that she appears in as a cameo. Sheedy, for her incredible appearances, was awarded numerous prizes. Sheedy was awarded the MTV Movie Awards' silver Bucket of Excellence Award 2005.
